We are unable to accept returns for:

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with details of the issue and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos). This will allow us to assess the situation and communicate with our supplier. - Processing Your Request
- We will work with our suppliers to investigate your claim, which may take up to 15 days from the time you confirm receipt of the item.
- If your claim is approved, we will proceed with a refund or replacement, depending on the case.
- Returning the Item (If Required)
- If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
- If the item is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
- If you are returning the item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing Time
- Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 1-10 business days, depending on your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
